About the Opportunity
Tavish Law Offices LLP is looking to onboard a Junior Associate (Fresher) to join its growing litigation practice team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who possess strong drafting, research, and communication skills in both Marathi and English.

Eligibility Criteria
- PQE: 0 to 1 Year
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Must be proficient in Marathi and English – both spoken and written
- Enrolled with a State Bar Association and holding a valid license to practice law
- Must be based in Pune
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic IT tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assisting in litigation-related work
- Legal drafting and research
- Client coordination and communication
- Court visits and assistance in filings
