Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior litigation experience in Delhi is essential.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Experience in court appearances and litigation matters.
• Ability to handle legal assignments independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, applications, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.
• Conducting legal research and case preparation.
• Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
• Handling diverse litigation matters under supervision and independently where required.
