About the Opportunity:
Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking to hire an Associate (Litigation) with demonstrated experience in IP litigation. The role is ideal for candidates with hands-on court exposure, strong drafting skills, and persuasive oral advocacy—particularly before the Delhi High Court.

Associate (Litigation)
Experience: 2–3 Years PQE

Location:
Delhi (Delhi High Court practice preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) 2–3 years post-qualification experience in IP litigation.
(ii) Strong drafting and oratorial skills.
(iii) Hands-on experience appearing before courts (Delhi High Court experience preferred).
(iv) Good research, client-handling and case-management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, submissions and legal opinions in IP matters
- Appearing and assisting in hearings before courts and tribunals.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes and strategy.
- Liaising with clients and supporting senior counsel in case preparation.
