Job Profile
- Prior experience in commercial litigation and knowledge of IPR.
- Drafting of suit plaints, written statements, interim applications, written submissions, etc.
- Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi.
- Open to travel to South Delhi, district courts, and Delhi High Court.
- Coordination, communication, and planning across attorney teams handling multiple client matters.
