About the Opportunity:
S&A Law Offices is expanding its Hyderabad office and is hiring experienced professionals across multiple practice areas including Indirect Tax, Corporate Law, Arbitration, and Civil & Commercial Litigation.
Position:
- Associate / Sr. Associate – Indirect Tax (GST advisory, compliance, refunds, litigation & appeals)
- Associate / Sr. Associate – Corporate Law (Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI/ECBs, SEBI compliance, M&A, PE)
- Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial (Arbitration)
- Associate (or above) – Civil & Commercial (Litigation)
Location:
Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria:
- Indirect Tax: CA or LL.B.; 3+ years PQE; expertise in GST advisory, compliance and litigation.
- Corporate Law: CS (mandatory) + LL.B preferred; 3+ years PQE; experience with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, M&A/PE transactions.
- Arbitration / Litigation: Law graduate (LL.M preferred); 3+ years PQE; strong drafting, research and client-representation skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, drafting skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting agreements, pleadings, applications and legal opinions.
- Handling advisory, compliance and transactional documentation.
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, arbitral forums and regulatory authorities as required.
- Conducting legal research, due diligence, and contributing to strategy and client servicing.
