Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of work experience in Business Legal
- Prior experience in the Housing Finance or NBFC industry preferred
- Strong understanding of property law, due diligence, and legal documentation
- Ability to coordinate with credit and sales teams effectively
Responsibilities
- Managing business legal assignments in coordination with the sales and credit teams
- Coordinating with empaneled lawyers for title search and property due diligence
- Vetting legal documents and providing legal opinions
- Preparing legal reports and ensuring legal compliance
