Job Details
Position: Junior Advocate
Office Location: Mayur Vihar Phase-1, New Delhi
Timings: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Practice Area: Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation
Courts/Tribunals: Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCDRC, CGIT, District Courts in Delhi, DIAC, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree with a minimum of 1–2 years practical experience in civil litigation
- Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and case management
- Practical knowledge of court proceedings, e-filing, inspection, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research and case preparation
- Drafting legal documents
- Representing clients in courts and client meetings
- Providing support in litigation, arbitration, and advisory services
