Obhan & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Delhi Disputes Team. The firm is looking for motivated litigators who have hands-on court experience and strong research and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- At least 2 years of litigation experience in Delhi courts
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle matters independently and work in a team environment
- A keen interest in dispute resolution and court-based practice
Nature of Work
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions
- Assisting in and appearing before courts and tribunals
- Client interaction and matter management
