About the Opportunity
NM Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate with immediate joining. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, focusing on commercial disputes, white-collar crime defence, and insolvency laws.
Position
- Role: Associate
- Experience Required: 1–2 years PQE
- Location: Nizamuddin East, New Delhi
- Joining: Urgent (Not later than 5 October 2025)
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Prior exposure to commercial litigation, white-collar crime defence, and insolvency laws.
- Basic experience in drafting and filing is preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing pleadings, applications, and responses.
- Assisting in case strategy and legal research.
- Representing matters before courts and tribunals.
- Supporting the team in insolvency and white-collar crime matters.
