Job Description
The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- Conducting legal due diligence on various types of immovable properties
- Preparing due diligence reports for land, commercial, and residential real estate projects
- Examining land and property title documents
- Assisting with dafting and reviewing transactional documentation related to property matters
- Coordinating with clients and authorities for document verification and title clearance
Candidate Profile
- Law graduate with 6–18 months of relevant experience in property due diligence
- Strong knowledge of land laws, title verification, and documentation
- Proficient in drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
