• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Recruitment, Sales, or Client Success.
• Confidence in cold outreach, follow-ups, and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Prior exposure to the legal industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Reaching out to law firms, chambers, in-house legal teams, and legal recruiters.
• Onboarding law firms and legal employers onto the LawStruct platform.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, founders, HR teams, and hiring managers.
• Generating internship, assessment, and job opportunities for law students and young professionals.
• Conducting meetings, demonstrations, and presentations showcasing LawStruct’s services.
• Managing the complete onboarding and partnership lifecycle.
• Collaborating with placement and growth teams to achieve hiring goals.
