Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience in Corporate, Commercial, and M&A matters.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality client service.
• Professional and proactive approach towards legal assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting on Corporate and Commercial transactions.
• Supporting M&A transactions and related due diligence exercises.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
• Conducting legal research and providing advisory support.
• Assisting clients with corporate compliance and transactional matters.
• Working closely with team members to deliver effective legal solutions.
