About the Opportunity:
Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is looking for lawyers interested in IPR Litigation. This role offers exposure to trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property dispute work handled at their Delhi (World Trade Center) office.

IPR Litigation Associate / Lawyer
Location:
Delhi WTC (World Trade Center), Delhi
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Law degree (LL.B. 3-year / 5-year) and Bar enrollment.
(ii) Interest or prior exposure in Intellectual Property Rights litigation.
(iii) Strong research, drafting and advocacy support skills.
(iv) Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in IPR litigation matters (drafting pleadings, applications, and briefs).
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and submissions.
- Support hearings, evidence compilation and court/registry filings.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate with senior counsel on strategy and filings.
