About the Opportunity
Kings & Alliance LLP is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Dispute Resolution at its Corporate Office in New Delhi. The firm is looking for litigation-focused professionals with strong courtroom exposure, drafting abilities, and legal research skills.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Excellent courtroom and advocacy skills.
• Proven legal drafting and research capabilities.
• Candidates should be based in New Delhi.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and case management.
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters independently.
