About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for motivated lawyers seeking substantial exposure to litigation and arbitration practice. The role offers hands-on experience in drafting, court appearances, legal research, strategy development, and matter management.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 0–3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Commitment to continuous learning and case law analysis.
• Ability to work in a demanding litigation environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Independently handle drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal submissions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Assist in litigation and arbitration strategy.
• Prepare briefs, notes, and case files.
• Coordinate filings, hearings, and court-related work.
• Support senior lawyers in ongoing matters.
