Position Details
- Role: Legal Associate – Banking & Finance
- Location: Gurgaon
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: 2–3 years in Banking & Finance law
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts.
- Advising on regulatory compliance in banking and financial services.
- Conducting legal research and supporting due diligence exercises.
- Assisting in dispute resolution related to financial transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
