Position Details
- Position: Legal Officer (Litigation)
- Location: Jaipur (Jaipur-based candidates only)
- Type of Role: Full-time, field job
Key Responsibilities
- Providing field-level legal support to the collection team
- Execution of warrants and coordination with police stations
- Handling litigation matters under:
- Section 138 NI Act
- FIRs & Section 9 matters
- Regular court appearances and coordination with external advocates
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports for ongoing cases
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
- Must be based in Jaipur
- Willingness to undertake a field job
