About the Opportunity
Kalsun Groups, based in Anna Nagar West, Chennai, is seeking to hire a Company Advocate (Corporate Legal Officer) to lead and manage the company’s legal and compliance functions. This role involves core responsibilities under Company Law, SEBI regulations, and other corporate legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise management on Company Law, contracts, and statutory obligations
- Draft and review agreements, MoUs, NDAs, legal notices, and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, MCA, and ROC requirements
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities
- Handle legal documentation for board meetings, corporate structuring, and resolutions
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities
- Keep the organization updated with legal developments and compliance practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M is an added advantage
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Company Law and corporate legal affairs
- Registered with the Bar Council
- Proficient in legal drafting, contract review, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
