Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate (LL.B.) with relevant interest or experience in real estate and infrastructure law
- Good understanding of legal compliance, documentation, and regulatory frameworks in the real estate sector
- Strong legal drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing property and lease agreements
- Managing legal compliance and due diligence processes
- Coordinating with legal authorities and regulatory bodies
- Supporting litigation and dispute resolution matters related to property
