- Experience: 4–6 years in arbitration practice
- Location: Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience handling domestic and international arbitration matters
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated passion and expertise in dispute resolution
Responsibilities
- Handling arbitration proceedings (domestic and international)
- Drafting pleadings, statements, and related legal documentation
- Assisting in arbitration strategy and case preparation
- Representing clients before arbitral tribunals and courts
- Providing legal advisory on dispute resolution matters
