Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates (Freshers may apply)
- Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act and Section 138 of the NI Act
- Proficiency in MS Excel and system-based reporting
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Strong notice drafting and legal coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Handling litigation cases related to SARFAESI and cheque bounce under Section 138
- Drafting and reviewing legal notices and documentation
- Coordinating with advocates and internal legal teams
- Managing compliance processes and legal documentation
- Using systems and Excel tools for legal case tracking and reporting
