The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a range of legal documentation and title diligence tasks related to real estate transactions. The role demands precision, legal drafting expertise, and a good understanding of property and contractual laws.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions
- Expertise in drafting & vetting real estate-related legal documents
- Familiarity with title diligence, title reports, and property law processes
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing documents such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Powers of Attorney (POAs), etc.
- Reviewing and drafting title search reports
- Handling all legal formalities related to title due diligence and ownership verification
- Advising internal teams on legal implications of property transactions
