About the Opportunity:
Duedraft.ai is hiring a Contracts Lawyer to lead its Legal & QA team. The role is leadership-focused, ideal for a startup-savvy lawyer who can build processes, train a team, and work closely with product and AI teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SHA / Co-founder agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, vendor contracts).
- Experience with lease & licensing agreements.
- Good understanding of corporate compliance and secretarial matters (basic tax knowledge is a plus).
- Prior experience in fast-moving startups and ability to work in a product/tech environment.
- QA-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and leadership capability to build and scale a legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train and scale the Legal & QA team.
- Draft, review and negotiate SHAs, co-founder agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, vendor and licensing contracts.
- Implement QA processes for contract review and maintain high standards in documentation.
- Work closely with product and AI teams to translate business needs into safe commercial terms.
- Ensure contractual and secretarial compliance and provide pragmatic legal guidance for growth-stage decisions.
