About the Opportunity
DLS Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its General Corporate/PE-VC/M&A practice for the Noida office. The role offers substantial exposure to high-value transactions, strategic legal advisory, and direct interaction with investors, corporates, founders, and shareholders. Immediate joining is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general corporate advisory, PE/VC transactions, and M&A matters
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Self-motivated and capable of handling complex advisory and transactional work
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research, analysis, and due diligence on corporate transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, and transaction documents
- Assisting in structuring and executing PE/VC funding rounds, M&A deals, and corporate reorganisations
- Advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and statutory filings under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations
- Preparing legal opinions, advisory memoranda, and supporting corporate and commercial matters
