Role Highlights
- Transaction support in Mergers & Acquisitions, including legal due diligence and drafting/negotiation of transaction documents
- Representation in corporate litigation, including oppression & mismanagement, shareholder disputes, and proceedings before NCLT/NCLAT
- Active involvement in matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and assisting in resolution plan evaluation
- Exposure to civil and commercial litigation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and High Courts
- Legal research, case strategy development, and preparation of briefs for senior counsel
- Client coordination and stakeholder management to ensure timely and effective deliverables
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills with the ability to analyse complex legal issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of corporate, insolvency, and litigation laws with practical application
- High level of technical rigour and commitment to continuous learning
