About the Firm
CNM Law is a Delhi-based litigation practice primarily engaged in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. The office regularly appears in Civil Writ Petitions before the High Court of Delhi, SLPs and Appeals before the Supreme Court of India, and also handles matters before Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial forums.
Position 1: Associate (Litigation & Arbitration)

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- 0–1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of Plaints, Written Statements, Applications, Writ Petitions, Replies/Counter Affidavits
- Drafting Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Counter-Claims, Rejoinders
- Drafting and vetting settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices, and replies
- Providing legal opinions and participating in client conferences
- Appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial authorities
- Conducting in-depth legal research
Essential Qualifications
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience before the Supreme Court of India
Position 2: Assessment Internship
Number of Positions
- 01 (One)
Eligibility Criteria
- 5th year students of the Five-Year Law Course OR
- 3rd year students of the Three-Year LL.B. Course
- Good legal research skills
- Prior internship experience of minimum 5 months
Duration
- Minimum 4 weeks
- Extendable based on performance
