Bajaj Housing Finance is inviting applications for the position of Legal Professional to join their litigation team. The role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the mortgage industry, NBFCs, or banks, and strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the mortgage industry, NBFC, or banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act.
- Experience in drafting and vetting 13(2) and 13(4) Notices and Publications.
- Familiarity with Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, and Criminal Litigation.
- Willingness to collaborate with the collection team.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters related to mortgage and banking sector.
- Draft and vet SARFAESI-related notices and publications.
- Work closely with the collection team to resolve disputes.
- Represent matters under Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, and Criminal Litigation.
