- Job Title: Advocate – Drafting & Legal Contracting

- Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The role involves working closely with the legal and finance teams on drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring legal compliance in financial services, and supporting legal advisory and dispute resolution functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documentation
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for clients in the accounting domain
- Handle legal correspondence with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update legal records, documents, and databases
- Support internal legal advisory and litigation teams as required
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university (Bar Council registration preferred)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and financial compliance
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
