About the Role:
AM Sports Law & Management Co. is seeking a dynamic lawyer to join its team, specializing in the sports, gaming, and esports sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of agreements in the sports, gaming, and esports sector
- Advise clients on regulatory, commercial, and compliance matters
- Research legal developments and assess their impact on the industry
Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred)
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law (experience in sports law advantageous)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in IP, media & entertainment, data privacy, and contract negotiation is a plus
