A corporate law team is hiring for its Corporate Transactions practice based out of Chennai. The role focuses on general corporate work, private equity, and M&A matters, offering hands-on exposure to transactional drafting, due diligence and deal execution.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) 1–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
(ii) Native to Tamil Nadu.
(iii) Keen interest in general corporate law, private equity, and M&A.
(iv) Strong drafting, research and transactional support skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in due diligence, transactional documentation and contract drafting.
- Support deal execution for private equity and M&A transactions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare transaction memoranda and closing checklists.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external counsel during transactions.
