Position: Disputes Lawyer
Experience: 2+ years PQE
Practice Areas: Domestic Commercial Arbitration, Cross-Border Disputes & DIFC Claims
The firm is looking to retain a disputes lawyer with 2+ years of PQE to join its practice.
The selected candidate will be part of a small team of lawyers and will have significant hands-on exposure to various aspects of the disputes and research process.
The Firm is Looking For Someone Who:
- Can prepare memorial-style pleadings.
- Has strong attention to formatting, authorities, citations and footnotes.
- Can write clear and simple sentences.
- Knows how to write effective prompts.
- Can contribute effectively to legal research and strategic thinking.
- Can prepare high-quality written submissions.
Candidates may also submit articles or other writing they have authored, even if the article has not been published.
