ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Senior Associate – Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing)
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
Location: New Delhi
Practice Area: Direct Tax – Transfer Pricing
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate for its Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing) practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Drafting submissions in response to show-cause and other notices issued by the Transfer Pricing Officer.
- Drafting objections/grounds of appeal to be filed before the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and ITAT.
- Preparing transfer pricing studies.
- Searching for comparables from databases.
- Undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
Experience:
Candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant with a Law Degree preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships through teamwork.
- Strong networking skills.
- Ability to work with the firm’s leadership.
