ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Senior Associate – Real Estate, Banking & Due Diligence
Experience: 4–5 years PQE
Location: New Delhi
Mode: Office-based; NCR travel
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days preferred
Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience with public sector banks on title and security work.
Key Areas of Work:
- Title searches and preparation of legal scrutiny reports for public sector banks in their panel formats.
- Title due diligence, including chain of title, SRO and revenue searches and encumbrance checks.
- Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds, registered mortgage deeds and tripartite agreements.
- DDA and L&DO matters.
- Mutation and revenue records in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
