About the Opportunity
The office of an Advocate-on-Record (AOR), Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for two interns on a rolling basis starting October 2025 onwards. This internship is designed to provide law students with direct exposure to Supreme Court practice and related procedural work.
Internship Details
- Mode: Physical (Jangpura Extension, New Delhi)
- Duration: 2–3 months (long-term internship)
- Positions Available: 2 interns
- Remuneration: Performance-based stipend, payable upon successful completion of the internship
Work Exposure
- Assisting with Supreme Court practice and procedure
- Drafting and filing work
- Cause list management
- Legal research and case preparation
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students from 3rd year onwards (5-year LL.B. course) or 2nd year onwards (3-year LL.B. course)
- Strong interest in litigation and Supreme Court practice
- Good research, drafting, and organizational skills
