Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with corporate client legal advisory work
- Exposure to arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution
- Attending and supporting matters at the High Court, NCLT, and Commercial Courts
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Supporting compliance and regulatory documentation
