Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: Lawyers’ Chamber E-411, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi – 110032
- Mode: On-site (Delhi)
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance)
- Stipend: Unpaid
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course, or
- Final year students of a 3-year LL.B. program
- Disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn the fundamentals of litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting notices, petitions, and replies
- Learn court craft through live courtroom observation
- Assist in filing procedures at the District Courts, High Court, and Tribunals
- Provide general office support and contribute to day-to-day legal tasks
