About the Internship
Zeal Attorneys is inviting applications from law students for a legal internship for March 2026. This internship offers exposure to litigation, corporate advisory, and research work and is suitable for candidates interested in corporate law, commercial litigation, and allied areas. The internship has a minimum duration of one month and will be conducted in hybrid mode.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degre
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Keen interest in corporate law, commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and allied areas
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting representations and legal documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before
- District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Conducting legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates
- Supporting management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation
- Assisting in reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks
