About the Internship:
Votum is inviting applications for a Hybrid Legal Internship at its Noida office. The firm is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to work closely with the legal team and assist on matters involving arbitration, commercial litigation, and general corporate advisory, along with support on key marketing-related legal initiatives.
Internship Details:
Mode: Hybrid
Location: Noida
Duration: Minimum 3 Months
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or should have completed an LL.B.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Keen interest in Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, and General Corporate Advisory.
Responsibilities:
(i) Researching and drafting legal representations.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
(iii) Attending court hearings and client meetings.
(iv) Assisting in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
(v) Supporting documentation, filings, and compliance-related work.
