About the Opportunity:
Trust Legal is urgently seeking legal interns who can join on an immediate basis starting Monday, 19th May 2025. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to work on high-impact environmental law cases, including assisting the Amicus Curiae in the Carbon Emissions case currently ongoing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Internship Details:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be based in Delhi
- Only 5th Year (Final Year) law students are eligible
- Strong interest and competence in legal research and drafting
- Commitment to contribute meaningfully to environmental and public interest litigation
Nature of Work:
- Assisting the Amicus Curiae and team in drafting, research, and strategic preparation in the Carbon Emissions case before the Supreme Court
- Contributing to environment-related projects and legal opinions
- Gaining direct exposure to litigation and policy-level work
