We are inviting applications for a long-term legal internship at the office of Advocate Varsha Agarwal, for motivated law students who wish to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation support.
About the Internship:
This role is ideal for candidates seeking to enhance their understanding of core legal processes through practical exposure in a professional legal setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth legal research on various statutory and case law issues
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, including petitions, replies, and other court pleadings
- Attending court hearings and observing real litigation practices
- Supporting the office with relevant case inputs and structured legal documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2nd or final year students of a 3-year LL.B. program
- 4th or final year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting
- A self-motivated attitude, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
