About the Opportunity
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for in-person, full-time internships for the period August 2025 to December 2025. This is a highly prestigious opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the workings of the apex court of India.

Rolling internships from August 2025 to December 2025
Applicants are encouraged to apply at least 5 weeks prior to their intended start date.
Mode
Physical (On-site at the Supreme Court of India)
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate law students (2nd year and above in a 3-year course or 4th year and above in a 5-year course)
- Postgraduate law students
- Strong academic record and legal research skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
- Briefing matters listed before the bench
- Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting memos/notes
- Attending court proceedings and taking detailed minutes
- Following all standard procedures and maintaining decorum of the Court
Orientation
Selected interns will undergo a structured orientation session at the beginning of the internship covering office procedures, formatting protocols, and relevant templates to ensure smooth integration.
