About the Internship:
Thada Associates is looking for a high-motivation, entrepreneur-minded Long-Term Founding Intern (IP & Contracts Law) to join the firm in Jaipur on an in-person basis. This is a growth-oriented role — not a typical internship — intended for someone who wants mentorship, ownership, and a long-term role in building and scaling a law practice.

Mode: Offline (In-person)
Location: Jaipur
Duration: Long-Term (with growth pathway; potential transition to a longer role for high performers)

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Driven, curious and execution-focused individuals (students, graduates or early-career lawyers with interest in IP & Contracts).
(ii) Resident of Jaipur and available for in-person work.
(iii) Comfortable taking ownership, building systems, and working on both legal and business tasks.
(iv) Strong research, drafting and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
(v) Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to commit to a long-term growth journey.
