Position
- Role: Legal Intern
- Location: Defence Colony, Delhi (In-office Internship)
- Duration: 1 Month (April and May 2025)

Nature of Work / Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and preparing analytical reports and summaries
- Drafting legal documents, case summaries, and representations
- Assisting the team in ongoing projects, focusing on corporate law, arbitration, and litigation
- Contributing to legal content creation and refinement
- Collaborating with senior associates and providing administrative and research support
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements under the guidance of the legal team
- Gaining hands-on experience in corporate advisory, real estate law, and arbitration
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for litigation, interest in real estate law, or eagerness to explore corporate advisory
