Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (LL.B./B.A. LL.B., preferably final year)
- Strong interest in property law, banking, and due diligence
- Good MS Word & Excel proficiency and drafting skills
Work Profile
- Title search & property chain investigations
- Preparing Title Search Reports (TSR)
- Property due diligence notes
- Drafting & analysis of legal documents
- Assisting in property registration
- Supporting advocates in related matters
