About the Internship:
Spark Legal is inviting applications for a long-term internship with its Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for students interested in understanding how transactions actually take shape, how deals evolve, and how the venture ecosystem functions.
This is not a transaction-execution role, but you will work closely with senior professionals to break down real transactions, study decision-making frameworks, and convert insights into structured internal knowledge resources.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidates with strong analytical skills and interest in venture ecosystem, market trends, and transactional structuring.
(ii) Curiosity-driven individuals who enjoy studying how deals evolve over time.
(iii) Strong research, writing, and synthesis abilities.
(iv) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
(v) Students who want deeper conceptual clarity in transactions, decision drivers, and deal mechanisms.
