About the Internship
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for law students to gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in PoSH compliance, workplace ethics, and anti-harassment laws. Interns will get hands-on exposure to policy drafting, legal research, case analysis, and advisory work related to workplace harassment laws.

- Mode: Virtual & In-Office
- Location: Virtual & Physical (NCR)
Duration
- Three months (non-negotiable)
Eligibility
- Law students (preferably in the 3rd year or higher of a 5-year integrated program or 2nd year or higher of a 3-year LLB program)
- Strong interest in workplace ethics, PoSH laws, and corporate compliance
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on PoSH laws and workplace ethics
- Assist in drafting workplace policies and compliance documents
- Support in case analysis and legal advisory related to workplace harassment
- Work on training materials for PoSH awareness sessions
- Participate in client meetings and discussions on compliance strategies
