About the Internship
SK Attorneys is inviting applications for its internship program for the months of October and November 2025 (minimum 1 month). The internship will be offline (in-office) and is focused purely on corporate law.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. program OR 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program
- Strong interest in corporate law
- Good understanding of the Companies Act and IBC
- Comfortable with professional communication and research tasks
Responsibilities
- Contract drafting and review
- Legal research on corporate laws
- Exposure to the Companies Act, Contract Act, and IBC
- Client coordination
- Staying updated with corporate legal current affairs
- Regular use of regulatory websites such as MA, SEBI, RBI, CCI, and IBBI
