About the Internship:
RSA Law Consultants, a reputed law firm based in Defence Colony, New Delhi, is inviting applications for Legal Internships for the months of November, December, and January (2025–2026).
The internship provides a comprehensive hands-on experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency law, along with exposure to corporate advisory and compliance matters. Interns will get the opportunity to observe and assist in matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Delhi High Court.
Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi
- Mode: Offline (Work from Office)
- Duration: 1 Month (extendable based on performance)
- Period: November 2025 – January 2026
Nature of Work:
- Assisting in corporate and commercial litigation before various forums
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Supporting the team in drafting pleadings, petitions, and corporate documents
- Assisting in arbitration and insolvency-related matters
- Exposure to corporate advisory and compliance work
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of the 5-year integrated LL.B. course, or final year of the 3-year LL.B. course
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Prior internship experience in litigation or corporate law will be an added advantage
