About the Internship:
Pathway Counsel is inviting applications from passionate and driven law students for a legal internship at their New Delhi office. The firm specializes in Data Privacy, Constitutional Law, and Civil/Commercial Litigation, offering interns an unparalleled opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases at the intersection of technology, human rights, and commercial law.
This internship provides practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and policy analysis, allowing interns to contribute meaningfully to live matters and policy discussions.
Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: New Delhi, India
- Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (extendable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth legal research across various statutes, case laws, and policy frameworks related to Data Privacy, IT Law, Constitutional Law, and IPR.
- Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing case notes and summaries for court proceedings and client briefings.
- Supporting policy analysis on emerging legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students preferably in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of an integrated 5-year LL.B. course.
- Strong interest in Data Privacy, Constitutional Law, or Civil/Commercial Litigation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
