About the Organisation
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge at the Supreme Court of India, offers judicial internships to law students seeking exposure to the functioning of the apex court. This internship provides insight into judicial decision-making, research, and court procedures.
About the Internship
Applications are invited for Judicial Internships for May and July 2026. The internship offers valuable exposure to court proceedings, legal research, and judicial work, allowing interns to closely understand the working of the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 4th or final year of a 5-year LL.B. programme (or equivalent)
- Students in the 2nd year (4th semester) or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in constitutional law and judicial processes
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on constitutional and statutory issues
- Assisting in preparation of case briefs and research notes
- Observing court proceedings and judicial work
- Supporting the office with legal analysis and documentation
